Contary to what many people think, a honeys color, consistency and flavor do not derive from the bee but from the source of the nectar. Anna's Raspberry Honey is not infused with juice from raspberries. The name "Raspberry Honey" and the floral notes of the flavoring comes from the bee's polinating Pacific Northwest Raspberry flowering bushes.
