Blackberry Honey from Anna's Honey is an excellent source of natural antioxidants. The blackberry flower, from which our Pacific Northwest bees retrieve the nectar used to make the honey, contains high levels of antioxidants which help to boost the immune system. Our locally produced honey tastes the way nature intended. We handle our gourmet honey carefully to retain essential vitamins and minerals.

Anna's "Pint Plus" Blackberry Honey in a Mason Jar is a sweet way to keep your family healthy.

Washington State's premiere honey company, Anna's Honey produces five varieties of gourmet raw honey featuring flavors derived from Pacific Northwest floral plants.

The original company, Anna's Gourmet, founded by Arlene Page in 1980, was named after Arlene's great grandmother who settled in the Kittitas Valley region of Washington State during the 1880's. Anna's Honey products contain no artificial preservatives or additives. We use only farm fresh, hive-ripened, 100% pure US Grade A raw honey.

At Anna's Honey, pure honey is filtered at 200 microns which lets the natural pollens come through to give you a rich, smooth texture. With over 30 years of experience, Anna's Honey believes that leaving the bee parts and wax remnants in the honey is detrimental to the purity of the product. The wax capping serves as a protective barrier from impurities getting into the honey while in the hive. So, during production the wax capping is removed and melted down for beeswax.

Anna's honey is carefully tested for purity and retains low moisture for a thicker consistency. Anna's Honey uses this process to give you a richer, creamier, and satisfying natural honey.

Excellent flavor, texture and all round goodness... packaged very well against possible damage.. when received box had big gash in side like it had been purposely kicked but honey thankfully was undamaged.

    So flavorful!!

Amazing differences between all the flower used to make honey. Blackberry is darker than say clover but wait till you taste on a spoon. You'll never want clover honey again. Our house loves both Blackberry and Wildflower!! Add it to oatmeal along with berries, holy moly!!

I remember picking blackberries in my childhood back in Michigan, this honey is not only delicious but with every taste I have warm memories.

    Sweet and Reusable!

I've tried all three variations of Anna's Honey, and while I don't mind using all three, I really think blackberry is the sweetest! Or maybe it's just has the most flavor that I feel I don't need as much to sweeten my tea?

The best part is finishing the jar - I can pour in a little bit of semi-hot water (not too hot and I make sure the jar is a bit warm too) and swish it around to get the last of the honey. After a few extra rinses and peeling off the label, I put it in the dishwasher, and I now have a reusable mason jar! The jar still has the nice smell of honey, so I use it for sweet items like oatmeal, cereal and dried fruit. I like to reuse my pickle jars for salty items like nuts!

    The Best Local Honey

I started researching honey sources after reading about counterfeit honey (along with counterfeit olive oil, and other foods). I wanted to be assured that I was getting real honey, and locally, too. I hit the jackpot with Anna's Honey. I've been purchasing since 2012. Like another reviewer noted, the blackberry honey is so delicious! So is the clover. I've purchased the mason jar sizes as well as the gallon tub (which is clover). You can't go wrong with either, and I suspect with any of Anna's Honey products. Go for it (& join the email list so you can get take advantage of the sales).

    Anna's Blackberry Honey

I decided to open an old jar of honey to use it up. I was tired of moving it around my cupboards for years. I have moved across country twice since being entrusted with it - not even sure how that happened. To make a long story short, I noticed the word "blackberry". So I had to taste it before putting it in my beloved coffee. My daughter, standing beside me, laughed so hard at me she began to snort (not pretty). My eyes lit up and before I knew it, these words came out of my mouth as I turned away from my coffee. "This is way too good for my coffee!" which makes no sense because I absolutely love my coffee. The next thing you know, my spoon had delved in again...and again...and again. What was I thinking not enjoy this wonderful treat sooner??? The slight hint of berry gives it a light "happy" flavor.

    Anna's Natural Blackberry Honey

A friend brought me a jar of Blackberry Honey from Anna's Honey. The texture

and thickness is balanced just right. Some of the best tasting honey that I

have ever tried. It is good in coffee, tea, on vanilla ice cream, just a spoonful by itself. When my jar is gone I will order another!
