Creamed honey can go by many different names. It may be referred to as whipped honey, honey butter, or spun honey, but what exactly is it? Creamed honey is honey that is crystallized using specific temperature controlling methods to transform the texture closer to a wonderfully smooth butter-like consistency that doesn’t drip.

This crystallization process is completely natural and doesn’t impact the quality of the honey. Due to high sugar content, honey can take on a semi-solid crystallized state when cooled. All of Anna’s Honey is made through crystallization but is even more important for creamed honey, given its unique properties.

Creamed honey is easier to spread than regular honey and can lead to delicious combinations. Spread creamed honey on toast, English muffins, pancakes, or bagels for a morning treat. Alternatively, make a peanut butter and honey sandwich for a quick and sweet meal.

Creamed honey can also be added to flavor tea. The consistency makes it even easier to measure out a teaspoon to add to a cup of tea.

Anna’s Honey is proud to serve its very own creamed honey, made without any additives or preservatives. Anna’s Creamed Honey comes in six distinct all-natural flavors:

Anyone who hasn’t tried creamed honey before can use it as a spreadable, natural way to sweeten their diet. Take a liking to the smooth and rich flavor and enjoy all varieties of creamed honey.
